Belinda C
Belinda’s yoga journey began as a way of reducing stress and slowing down. Unexpectedly, it completely transformed her life and offered a path for deep self exploration and healing. She has come to learn that yoga, like life, is a meditation in motion: an opportunity for our entire being to move intuitively and organically.
Belinda prides herself on holding non judgemental space to allow your journey to unfold. She enjoys tailoring her classes and offering an experience through which students can slow down, feel nurtured, supported, reconnect and surrender.
If Belinda’s not teaching, you’ll find her at reception or ballroom dancing!

Cian H
A little over 4 years ago Cian’s journey towards becoming the healthiest, strongest and happiest version of himself began by immersing himself into the practice of yoga, in particular Yin.
Forever a student, his classes provide the space to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with ourselves. Through deep asanas aligned with breath work, Cian will encourage you to become comfortable in the uncomfortable.
He can’t wait to guide you!

Liana P
Liana is a yoga teacher and artist who found yoga during one of the most difficult times in her life. What started as an escape became a path to healing, self connection and finding her creative voice.
Originally from a coastal town, Liana is a water person at heart, always drawn to flow, stillness and the rhythms of nature. She reflects this in her classes, combining mindful movement, meditation and creative sequencing that supports both body and spirit.
Off the mat, you’ll find her drawing, exploring nature or negotiating personal space with her cat. But above all, you’ll find Liana soaking in the quiet that nourishes her soul.

Kate W
Kate is passionate about movement and helping others explore their capabilities.

Octavia P
Octavia has been dancing since she could walk!
She has a deep passion for teaching dance, not only to pass on her knowledge but also watching her pieces come to life. She is energetic, creative and will challenge you to be the best you can be while having a lot of fun in the process!
As a dedicated and ever evolving dancer, Octavia specialises in the styles of Hip Hop and Jazz. However, her training also covers: Cecchetti Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Lyrical, Theatre, Tap, Acro and Commercial. She is currently attending Kelly Ackers Full Time Dance Program, for her Dancers Elite Certificate.

Deanna M
Deanna is compassionate, authentic and her guidance is soulful.
She has danced throughout Australia and internationally in various dance styles, having most recently returned from a long stay in Egypt where she gained great experience in the Bellydance community and beyond.
Deanna shares her love for dance with heart and creativity. As a teacher and performer, she loves connecting to an art form that has so much to offer – self expression, joy, vulnerability, strength, healing, connection, culture, femininity and community.

Danielle D
Danielle is a yoga teacher and writer, and a lifelong student of the beautiful tradition of yoga.
She teaches from the heart, guiding with warmth, empathy and a mental-health aware approach. Her practice is richly layered by her training in pranayama, mantra, meditation, Yin Yoga and Himalayan kundalini kriya, and she offers a focus on the subtle (energetic) body with an invitation for students to soften, find presence and connect with themselves as deeply as they wish to go.
Danielle creates spaces that honour the nervous system and the quiet unfolding of a very personal practice.
Beyond the mat, Danielle is a food, travel and fiction writer and consults in book publishing.
When she is not on her meditation cushion or somewhere green (often also meditating), she is immersed in the yoga training of a lifetime as mamma to one and bonus mamma to two, travelling whenever funds allow and following her love of languages, music and storytelling.

Silvana R
Silvana was called to embark on her yoga training in February 2017. She describes yoga as: I love how I feel when I practice. It’s my go to haven when I’ve had a rough day but most importantly it has taught me to breathe and live in the now.”
Together with her Reiki training, Silvana provides a nurturing and healing environment for all to be just as they are.

Kelli T
Kelli first started practising yoga almost 20 years ago to ‘get a bit of a stretch’ and like many of us quickly discovered that yoga had so much more to offer that the practice became a regular and necessary part of her mental and physical wellbeing.
In 2021 she completed 200hr Hatha/Vinyasa Teacher Training. This journey was life-changing as it allowed Kelli to go beyond the Yoga Asana and begin embracing Yoga as a path to happiness – Yoga for life.
Since then, Kelli has completed additional Yoga Teacher Training in Yin Yoga and Pre- and Postnatal Yoga.
Her main teaching philosophy is to focus on how things feel in the body rather than how the body might look in a shape. Every body feels and moves differently therefore there is more than one way of flowing through Asana and ultimately life.
As a mum to two young girls Kelli has a lived experience in how beautiful and challenging change babies can bring to the parents’ life. As a Move with Mini instructor she loves the opportunity to hold space for parents and carers to not feel alone, to perhaps let out a big sigh and through breath and movement soften and surrender into their new selves.

Milon P
Milon is a Melbourne-born yoga teacher whose practice and teaching evolves around intelligent sequencing to improve range of motion.
His practice began 9 years ago, formerly to support his friend’s teaching, and has progressively been incorporated into his lifestyle. With over 4 years of teaching, he offers cYoga-inspired Power Vinyasa to encourage students to explore sustainable yet creative ways to approach each yoga pose. His role is always to invite students to have an open mind and to come out of their comfort zone. That way, the mind can be unlearned to relearn, to be present in the body for a more sustainable practice.
Alongside teaching, Milon is committed to continuous learning and professional development each year. He is currently undertaking a breathwork course, hoping to integrate what he learns into his practice.
On a more personal note, he has no self-control with chocolate!

Rebecca G
Before moving to Melbourne, Rebecca taught a variety of yoga classes in the Blue Mountains for over 7 years. She was also the founder and facilitator of the Positive Birth Movement Glenbrook chapter, which ran monthly meetups for expectant mums.
Her passion (and need!) for yoga is informed by the calm, strength and empowerment it provided during the births of her three children and life on the other side.
Rebecca takes a trauma-informed, somatic approach to yoga and has studied with teachers such as Donna Farhi, J Brown and Tanya Fitzpatrick. Rebecca is a Level 2 Teacher with Yoga Australia and a qualified Counsellor.
Her classes aim to create space for students to discover their own sense of calm, strength, and ease. Her favourite yoga pose is Savasana!

Coral S
Originally from Lima, Peru, Coral has been living in Melbourne for the past 8 years.
Coral started practising yoga over 15 years ago, and it has been a big part of her life ever since as it’s helped her stay present, grounded and connected. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training in October 2025 and is excited to put all her knowledge into practice, growing her teaching experience and building community.
Many of you may already know Coral from assisting in Tuesday evening’s Mellow. Here she has gained experience with hands-on assists.
Off the mat, Coral enjoys crafts and spending time with beautiful baby girl.

Ayisha A
New to teaching but not to yoga, Ayisha has been practicing since her early teens. What initially started as something she thought she should do evolved into a gift she could give herself to become more grounded, embodied and intentional in everyday life. Ayisha loves that yoga allows you to experience yourself as a whole – mind, body and spirit together.
Ayisha’s classes focus on creating an open environment that allows students to explore and connect with their body’s innate intelligence. She emphasises building strong foundational alignment in the body for safe and enduring practice. Through yoga, as we tune out of the world around us and into our inner world, we can expand our limits and nurture our whole selves.
When not practicing yoga you can find Ayisha hiking a mountain, baking up a storm or knitting a colourful array of socks.

Bex T
Bex first began practicing yoga asana as a form of exercise in her late teens, but soon discovered that yoga goes so much deeper than the physical body.
Throughout some challenging times in her life, she has found that the mental components and moving meditation yoga offers has always felt like coming home.
She completed her yoga teacher training in Bali in April 2026.
Bex has a passion for teaching creative sequences that invite exploration, openness and play, and endeavours to encourage everyone she guides to move with curiosity and compassion.
When not at the studio, you will find Bex hiking, strength training, at a gig or cosied up with a good book and a cup of tea.
